Masrooq bin al-Ajda’ (a Taabi’ee) said, ..... it is enough as ignorance for a person that he is amazed with his knowledge (by thinking he knows it all or alot) .”
[Narrated by Ad-Daarimi in al-Musnad (319, 389), Ibn Sa’d in At-Tabaqaat (6/80), Abu Nu’aym in al-Hilyah (2/111 # 1603), and al-Bayhaqi in al-Shu’ab (1/472 # 748. 749), Chain Saheeh]

Umm al-Mu'mineen, `Aaishah bint Abu Bakr رضي الله عنها said: “How good are the women of the Ansaar ! Shyness (of asking questions) did not prevent them from acquiring understanding of their Deen". [Narrated by al-Bukhaaree in Mu`allaq form as a chapter heading (Kitab al-`Ilm chapter# 50), and also reported by Muslim #649.]

    I have been searching for long for an evidence of doing Rafaul Yadayn before start of qunoot e witr and then placing hands on/below chest - as is done by hanafis. Kindly acquaint me of its validity.
